There Is a Way

There is a way of truth and life, of hope and strength.
Gather all people of ev'ry land. A harvest of compassion is at hand.

Let us gather all our hope, our truth, our strength.
Gather all that our hearts have longed for.
We have the strength to dream a new world,
built on the compassion of our God.

God's love is not hidden nor far from our earth;
rooted deep within our hearts this faithful love.
God is with us as strength and joy,
with us in the strength of our hands.

Look to the little ones who bless our world.
Look to the humble who still have hope.
They give themselves to us as a gift,
gift of loving wisdom for our lives.

In all the works of justice that we do,
all the deeds that we set ourselves to,
we will be true and faithful in love,
faithful to the calling of our heart.

Death will never have the last word,
for we have been given a fullness of life.
We give our lives so others may grow,
grow in truth and love for our world.
